Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid registrations on VidyaMath, such as paid webinars and sessions. Free sessions and free resources, like the kids' worksheets, need no refund.

1. Cancelling your registration

• You can cancel a paid registration up to 24 hours before the session starts and get a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or after it has started, are not refunded.
• To cancel, write to vidyamath.ins@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, with the session name in the subject line.

2. If we cancel or reschedule

• If we cancel a paid session, you get a full refund, or a seat on the new date if you prefer.
• If we move a session to a new date or time and it does not suit you, you can ask for a full refund before the new date.

3. Payment problems

• If you were charged twice for the same registration, or charged but not registered, write to us with the payment details and we will refund the extra amount in full.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the same payment method you paid with, such as your card, UPI or bank account.
• Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.

5. Not refundable

• Sessions you have already attended, in full or in part.
• Missing a session without cancelling at least 24 hours before it.
