Shipping & Delivery Policy

VidyaMath offers online services only: live webinars, sessions, recordings and digital learning resources. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.

1. How you get access

• Paid webinars and sessions: once your payment is received, your registration is confirmed. The joining details are sent to the email address you registered with, and the session appears in My Webinars when you are signed in.
• Free sessions: your registration is confirmed straight away, in the same way.
• Free worksheets and resources: these open, print and download directly on the website, with no delivery needed.

2. When you get access

• Confirmation is usually instant, and always within 24 hours of payment.
• Joining links for live sessions are also shared again before the session starts.
• Where a recording is offered, it is shared within 48 hours after the session ends.

3. If you have not received access

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there within 24 hours of payment, write to vidyamath.ins@gmail.com with your registered email address and payment details, and we will sort it out.

4. Delivery charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price shown before you register is the full price.
