Terms of Service
The terms for using VidyaMath: accounts, registrations and payments, acceptable use, content and liability.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
By using VidyaMath ("we", "us", "the platform") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Using VidyaMath
You may browse the platform without an account. To register for sessions you need an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you are under 18, please use the platform with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Webinars and registrations
- Session dates, times, teachers and content may change. We will tell registered learners about important changes where we can.
- A registration is for the person who registered. Please do not share joining links or recordings.
- We may cancel a session. If a paid session is cancelled, we will offer a new date or a refund.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown before you register and may change for future registrations. A change never affects a registration you have already made.
- A paid registration is confirmed once your payment is received.
- Coupons have their own conditions, such as an end date or a limited number of uses, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refund requests are handled case by case: write to us before the session starts.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using the platform;
- disturb live sessions, or harass teachers or other learners;
- copy, record, resell or republish paid content without our written permission;
- try to access accounts, data or parts of the platform that are not yours, or interfere with how the platform works.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Content and intellectual property
The platform, its design and its content belong to VidyaMath or to the teachers and creators who made it. You may use what you learn for your own studies and work. Free code snippets and tools may be used in your own projects, but not resold as they are.
6. Disclaimer and liability
We work hard to make sessions and resources accurate and useful, but we provide them "as is", without promises that they are free of errors or suitable for every purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the platform, and our total liability for a paid session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the platform after a change, the new terms apply.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them? Write to vidyamath.ins@gmail.com.
